Standard terms & Conditions

• Adverts should be legal, decent, honest and truthful.
  
  
• All adverts should be prepared with a sense of responsibility and respect the basic principles of fair competition generally accepted in business.
  
  
• Look Local™ do not guarantee:
  
  • the insertion of an advertisement
  • a specific page for an advert
  • specific colour for an advert
  • exclusivity
    
    
• Every effort is made to comply with the instructions of the advertiser however Look Local™ does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in its advertisement or any consequences that arise.
  
  
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the content of their advert complies with all government legislation.
  
  
• Any refund will not exceed the cost of the advert and where the advert has run in consecutive months the refund will not exceed the cost of the first months advertising.
  
  
• Look Local™ reserve the right to refuse advertising for any reason.
  
  
• All material submitted for publication is done so entirely at the owners risk and no responsibility is accepted by Look Local™ for its return.
  
  
• Payment terms are ‘Payment on Proof of Advert’ unless otherwise agreed. Any discounts that are given may be waived if payment is late and interest incurred from the due date.
  
  
• Look Local™ must be notified of any changes to be made to an advert or cancellation of an on going agreement by that month’s deadline.
  
  
• Email addresses and mobile phone numbers may be used by Look Local™ for marketing reasons. ie. Deadline emails and deadline text alerts. Contact us to unsubscribe.
  
  
• Look Local™ reserve it's right to charge interest and claim compensation in the event of late payment.
  
  
• The placing of an order with Look Local™ will signify the acceptance of the above conditions.
